Formally known as Sports & Remedial Massage.

I can offer taping and rehab advice if it is beneficial to aid in post treatment recovery.
Soft Tissue Therapy
I offer small, intimate Mat Pilates sessions for a range of abilities.
Sessions are a mixture of strength & mobility exercises and these are layered to enable everyone to work at a stage they are comfortable with. I can adapt or progress exercises further if required.

Comfort and well being of the mother and baby are at the forefront of the treatment where the client is treated side lying. Mobilisations and stretches can be used if required, as well as taping and rehab advice if a little more than massage is needed.
FAQs
What can I expect from a Soft tissue appointment?
1
Soft Tissue Treatments use predominately remedial massage alongside advanced soft tissue techniques to communicate with the nervous system. Through touch we look to treat areas of imbalance, pain or dysfunction. We make a treatment plan based on history, pain patterns and lifestyle and treat accordingly. Relaxation and comfort are at the forefront of every treatment, taping and rehabilitation exercises can also be added to the treatment if beneficial.

What makes you different?
I have had 10 years in the industry, I am a soft tissue therapist and a pilates instructor, this means I have a full body approach to treating and rehabilitating. I work with all levels, taking into consideration traumas, history and pain patterns in order to treat and help you getting moving as pain free as possible.

I went into Pilates teaching so I could continue to enable people to move freely and understand their bodies. With this comes, the importance of strength and mobility to all areas of the body, in all planes of movement.
My Pilates classes are kept small, so I can work at levels suitable to each individual. Exercises are tailored to meet people where they are and progress at a speed you feel comfortable with.
Classes are an hour long in a professional, relaxed and friendly setting.
