Meet Bex

The face of RW Massage & Pilates, is Bex.

A mum of 3 young wildlings, outdoor lover and adventure seeker - she is never too far away from the sea.

An ISRM registered, fully insured, soft tissue therapist with 10 years experience, Bex has helped numerous clients with pain or dysfunction.

Many still come for maintenance treatments regularly. She qualified in Mat Pilates a couple of years ago to be able to enhance the offering to her clients by being able to strengthen, mobilise and encourage them to move better too.

Bex has spoken at conferences both locally and internationally about the importance of treating pregnancy clients with an evidence based approach and the positive effects of pilates & strength training on both mother and baby’s wellbeing.

Soft Tissue Treatments and Pilates classes are currently based in Budleigh Salterton, Devon.
